1. Order Cancellation
- Cancellations are allowed within 12 hours of order placement.
- Cancellations are not possible after 12 hours as processing begins.

2. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for:
- Size-related issues
- If the customer receives the wrong product
- If the product is defective or damaged
- To request an exchange, email ExotixClothes@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 7400447509 with your Order ID and issue details.
- Customers have to pay shipping charges for exchanges.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
3. No Returns or Refunds
- No returns or refunds after purchase.
- Exchanges are only available under the conditions mentioned above.
4. Custom Items Policy
- Custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.
- If a custom item is received in a defective condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos).
5. Non-Exchangeable Items
- Items on sale or clearance are non-exchangeable.
- Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery will not be eligible for exchange.
6. Shipping Policy
- Prepaid orders: Free shipping.
- COD orders: ₹200 additional charge.
- Delivery takes 5-8 working days, depending on location.
